Each order placed with NYBargainHunter undergoes prompt processing within 1 business day from the moment of purchase. Please note that this processing time excludes weekends and national holidays.
Shipping Methods:

We are committed to providing our customers with reliable shipping services through USPS. Shipping durations may fluctuate based on the specific delivery location.
Shipping Fees:

At checkout, shipping charges are calculated based on the selected shipping method and the designated delivery address.
Order Tracking: Upon shipment, an email notification containing a unique tracking number will be dispatched. This tracking number enables customers to monitor their package's transit progress via the USPS website.
International Shipping:

Regrettably, NYBargainHunter presently operates exclusively within the contiguous United States and does not offer international shipping services.

We at NYBargainHunter strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your order, our return policy is designed to facilitate a smooth and hassle-free process.

 

Return Window:

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It should also be in its original packaging.
Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a certain number of days for the refund to reflect, depending on the payment processor's policies.
Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, including perishable goods, gift cards, or downloadable software, are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items:

For items categorized as used media, such as DVDs, Blu-Rays, console games, and board games, NYBargainHunter implements a specific return policy to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

 

Return Exceptions:

Used media and games are generally non-returnable unless they are deemed faulty or defective upon receipt.

Faulty Item Returns:

In the event that a used media or game item is received in a faulty or non-functional condition, customers are required to contact us at Support@NYBargainHunter.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

Return Procedure for Faulty Items:

To process a return for a faulty or non-working used media or game item, kindly provide a photograph or relevant images showcasing the issue. Please send these details to the provided email address. Upon verification of the fault, we will facilitate the return process by issuing a prepaid return shipping label for you to return the item.

Refund or Replacement:

Once the faulty item is received and inspected, we will proceed with a refund or replacement based on your preference and item availability.
